Fred Aubin here - LHS Class of 1974

Currently serving in Afghanistan and whilst staring at this alien night sky and hearing the wail for evening prayers, I found myself, most strangely, thinking of my high school years back in Lachine.  Don't ask me why - damn strange how the mind works though.  Anyhow, I fired up the laptop, google'd LHS and found this site.  Cool picture - the place still looks the same - albeit, the trees and shrubs look much bigger after 32 years.

Anyhow - if anyone from Class of 74 would like to write to an old soldier in the "stan", I'd love to hear from you.
